研究領域ストレッチングが筋の柔軟性や運動機能に及ぼす影響,筋力トレーニングの効果に関する研究
研究紹介ストレッチングや筋力トレーニングの効果・方法に関して超音波診断装置や筋力測定装置を使って調べています.
