| 研究紹介 | 病院等において、多種多様な疾病をICDコーディングする上で一部例外的にコーディングを間違えやすい事例があることから、疾病コーディング問題を作成、診療情報管理士認定試験合格者に模擬試験を実施し、各問の正答率から難易度を再抽出、識別指数を算出して両指標で難解問題の洗い出しを行うとともに、難解な疾病コーディング問題の洗い出しとその特性を検証しています。 |

| Research Areas | Verification of the characteristics of disease coding that is easy to make a mistake |

| Research Introduction | In hospitals, etc., there are some exceptional cases where coding mistakes are likely to occur when ICD coding a wide variety of diseases, so we created a disease coding problem and conducted a mock test for those who passed the health information manager certification test. The difficulty level is re-extracted from the correct answer rate of each question, the identification index is calculated, and the difficult problems are identified using both indexes, and the difficult disease coding problems are identified and their characteristics are verified. |
