研究領域月経周期と女性のパフォーマンスに関する研究
研究紹介

女性には、特有の生体リズム(月経周期)があり、女性に備わっている重要な機能の1つです。その一方で、月経周期は、日常生活や仕事、競技においてのパフォーマンスに大きな影響を及ぼします。私は、より多くの女性が月経周期を上手く活用し、様々な場面で活躍できるよう、月経周期によってどのようなパフォーマンスが変化するか、その時に脳の中では何が起きているのかを明らかにする研究をしています。
