研究領域足部挙動とスポーツ障害の関係に関する研究、足部周囲の筋の筋活動解析
研究紹介

唯一地面と接する足部の動きは身体の様々な部分に影響を与えます。その中で、どのような足部の動きをしている選手がスポーツ障害を起こしやすいのかを研究しています。また、足部の動きをコントロールしている筋肉の働きを検証することで、どのような筋肉をどのような方法でトレーニングすれば、足部の動きを改善することができるのかを解明しようとしています。
