研究領域バイオメカニクスに関する研究、スポーツ障害に関する研究、シミュレーションに関する研究
研究紹介

近年、健康志向の高まりから年齢男女問わずランニング愛好者が増加しています。しかし、ランニング障害の発生率も増加しています。ランニング障害に関する研究は国内外で報告されていますが、いまだ障害発生メカニズムや予防法は完全に確立していません。そこで、「ランニング障害予防」を大きなテーマとし、足部の評価方法やランニング中における足部の細かい動きや、膝の負荷を検証しています。特に、足部の代表的な変形である扁平足や女性ランナーはランニング障害を発生しやすいとされているため、扁平足者や性差に関する研究を行っています。

Research IntroductionMy major research topic is "Prevention of running disorders". I am investigating the foot and knee movement/load during running. Furthermore, many studies have reported that flatfoot and female runners are likely to occur running injuries. Therefore, I are also conducting research on flatfoot and sex differences.
