| Research Introduction | When we exercise, various physiological changes and responses occur in the body, enabling us to sustain exercise and perform at our best. These physiological responses vary depending on the type of exercise and the environment in which it is performed. My research focuses particularly on how physiological responses and perceptions during exercise are influenced by exercise modality and environmental conditions, and on the roles these responses play in the exercising body. Based on this work, I aim to develop strategies to enhance both safety and performance during exercise. |
