Profile

Research Areas1. Neurophysiology, especially the functions of the visual corteces and visuo-motor integration.

2. Autonomic activity during ophthalmological examinations.

3. Evaluation of education, especially in student practice in the dicipline of orthoptics.
Research Introduction1. In former university, I investigated the integration mechanism of the near response in the V5 of cats, Then I saught generation and inter-areal transmission of cortical signals using the micro-electrocorticogram (micro-ECoG) combined with optogenetics in rats. In this university, I am recording the cortical activity relating to the visual motion perception and eye movements using a multi-channel EEG in human subjects.

2. The ophthalmological examinations involve interactions between the examinees and examiners. I am trying to detect the autonomic changes in them by measuring the biomerkers (e.g. the heart rate variabilities, the skin reaction, the pupil diameter, ACTH, cortisol, amylase).

3. Effective online materials and rubrics are saught.
